Swedish Massage

60 minutes: $80
90 minutes: $110.00
120 minutes: $150

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes, such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage

120 minutes: $150
60 minutes: $80.00
90 minutes: $110.00

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. It is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. The nature of deep tissue work includes open communication to ensure clients are not uncomfortable. After the session, it is common to feel some soreness. Drinking plenty of water helps flush and remove toxins that have been released during the massage.

Hot Stone Therapy

60 minutes: $85
90 minutes: $115

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific areas of the body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Thai Massage

90 minutes: $125

Thai Massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It is also called Thai Yoga Massage because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say that Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. You are fully dressed during the session, and no oil is applied. A single Thai Massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and at home.

Energy Work- Reiki

45 minutes: $75.00

Energy Work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force," and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with energy fields to restore balance and flow in your entire system. And once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.

Chair Massage

5-30 : $2.00 per Minute

Chair Massage is a popular method of relieving stress and tension. This type of massage is done in a specialized ergonomic chair, which I bring to your location. One benefit of this kind of massage is that you leave your clothing on, which might eliminate any feelings of discomfort and awkwardness while disrobing. Chair Massage sessions also tend to be shorter than traditional massage, which makes it easy to fit into busy schedules.

Infant Massage-Package of 4

60 minutes: $80

Infant Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically to promote the healthy development of your infant. Human touch during a caring massage is crucial for a thriving baby, and the benefits are numerous. For example, Infant Massage has been effective in improving the quality of a baby's sleep, as well as strengthening their immune system. In addition, many infants show improved growth and development of the brain and nervous system.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for people who are highly active and athletic. Sports can be harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries, both in the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pain and swelling, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage promotes rapid recovery by encouraging a greater kinesthetic awareness, and in turn, promoting the body's natural immune function.

Active Isolated Stretching

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic method that is used to improve flexibility and overall well-being. Stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy gently and rhythmically treats swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. It is both a preventative and remedial technique, which can be used for faster recovery from injury, reduction of the swelling and discomfort that may occur during pregnancy, and a strengthened resistance to illness.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing the "trigger points" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension that are similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" build up during your life because of physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, I apply focused pressure through a variety of techniques that release these trigger points. The process can be quite painful at times, however, the effects are long-lasting and are profoundly transformative.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and balance the entire body. I use massage techniques that stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles, and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia, which causes increased blood circulation and relief from pain.
