Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. It is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. The nature of deep tissue work includes open communication to ensure clients are not uncomfortable. After the session, it is common to feel some soreness. Drinking plenty of water helps flush and remove toxins that have been released during the massage.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific areas of the body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Thai Massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It is also called Thai Yoga Massage because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say that Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. You are fully dressed during the session, and no oil is applied. A single Thai Massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and at home.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing the "trigger points" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension that are similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" build up during your life because of physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, I apply focused pressure through a variety of techniques that release these trigger points. The process can be quite painful at times, however, the effects are long-lasting and are profoundly transformative.
Myofascial Release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and balance the entire body. I use massage techniques that stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles, and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia, which causes increased blood circulation and relief from pain.
